1. Introduction meeting with our Recruitment Manager; tailoring our recruitment process (how many levels of interviews, exact requirements, years of experience, budget, location, etc).2. Headhunting, screening, selection, and pre-interview calls.3. In 24h candidates are starting to arriving for your evaluation, and we are committed in providing AT LEAST 5 candidates in 5 working days, with all relevant information.+ During the same period of time we would be:
Organizing the next levels of interviews, tests, tasks, salary negotiations (as per your preference), etc.
4. Support in offering, and dealing with counter-offers.5. Guarantee period - Free replacement if the
the candidate doesn’t pass
the guarantee period of 60 days.

There are NO hidden costs or extra fees.

There is NO Prepayment

30 % of the fee should be released after 3 submitted candidates
70% of the fee should be released once the candidate signs the contract

GUARANTEE PERIOD OF 2 MONTHS

Free replacement if the candidate / new employee has not fulfilled your expectations or decides to leave, within 60 days. We will send you a number of replacement candidates from which you can choose the right replacement. Our guarantee period provide you with peace of mind, knowing that we are committed to delivering candidates that exceed your expectations.
